Twiddla!!!

What is Twiddla? Twiddla is an online whiteboard. It can be used for meetings, online get-togethers, and a way for teachers to connect with their students. It is also used to chat about different online websites with your colleagues.
It can be used educationally wise by having students chat with their teachers if they are out sick or to have a fun way to have a group discussion with the class. For business sake, say your partner was far away. You can also do online tutoring. If the teacher was at home he could log on to Twiddla and so could the student. When they are both on they could put a problem on the board and do all the work. Also, you could upload a study guide so that you and your friends could quiz each other online. You could quickly go on and upload a picture of the latest job site to show progress. Also if an architect was having problems on a building, he could upload a picture of a building and add different features or take away different features. This would work so much faster then having to email each other different information. You can also load a imitation of a website (a template). You take the template and add different features to it, like a search bar, different types of tool bars, or pop-up menus. There are many different pros to this online white board. for instance, you could frame in a specific area on a website or picture that someone else does not see. You can also upload a certain website to the main white board area. Doing this you can show specific features about the website that stand out to you. Also, if you were having a private conversation you could put a passcode on the white board so that no one else can view the conversation. One of the cons about Twiddla is that you have to pay to make an account.
